EasyStride: Delete Account

Delete Your Account

You can delete your EasyStride account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

From the App

1. Open the EasyStride app on your device.

2. Go to the Profile tab.

3. Tap Edit Profile.

4. Tap Delete My Account at the bottom of the screen.

5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

By Email

Alternatively, you can email us at support@easystride.app with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your EasyStride account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your Firebase account (email, name, and authentication credentials)

• Your user profile and onboarding preferences

• All workout history and session data synced to the cloud

• Your training plan progress and custom plans

• Any other data linked to your account in our Supabase database

What Is Kept

• Anonymous, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you.

• RevenueCat transaction records may be retained as required by financial regulations, but these are not linked to your personal identity.

Local Data

Workout data stored locally on your device (offline data) is not removed when you delete your cloud account. To remove local data, uninstall the app from your device.
